3. Account Registration and Security

Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 999zz reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period to cover account maintenance costs. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Accepted Payment Methods
999zz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). You may only use a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party payments — where the payment originates from an account belonging to someone other than the registered account holder — are prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.
Minimum Transaction Amounts
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 999zz does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own charges. Any such third-party charges are your responsibility and are not refundable by 999zz.
Withdrawal Processing Times
Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallets are processed within 5 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 999zz does not guarantee processing times where delays arise from your payment provider's own systems. Withdrawals may be subject to additional review time if a KYC request is outstanding on your account.
Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions
Any chargeback, dispute, or reversal initiated by a player through their payment provider without first raising the matter directly with 999zz support will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. In such cases 999zz reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse any outstanding withdrawals pending investigation, and recover any funds that have been paid out as winnings if the underlying deposit is subsequently reversed. 5. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers at 999zz are subject to the following conditions.
Wagering Requirements

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Fraudulent Activity

10. Account Termination and Suspension

Termination by 999zz
999zz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable belief that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, provided false registration information, or where account closure is required by applicable law or regulation. In cases of suspected fraud, 999zz may freeze account funds pending investigation before reaching a final determination.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your 999zz account at any time by contacting our support team via the email address shown in the footer of this website. Before your account is closed, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for a voluntary closure to be processed. Note that voluntarily closing your account does not exempt you from any outstanding wagering requirements or pending KYC obligations.
11. Governing Law and Amendments
